And, believe it or not, the book will be uploaded tonight in its hardcover and trade paperback print editions!
It takes about a week for it to be processed by Lightning Source, then I approve the proof, and then about another 2 weeks for global distribution to propagate to Amazon and all the other e-vendors… So, tonight is the night! :-)))
As for the ebook editions, they will be uploaded closer to the end of the month…
